Outlook 2000

To add an email account in Outlook 2000
1) From the Tools menu, select Accounts.
2) Click on the Mail Tab.
3) Click on the Add Button and select Mail.
4) The Internet Connection Wizard screen will appear.

5) - Type your name in the Display Name box 
   - Click on the Next button

6) - Type your e-mail address in the e-mail address box
   - Click on the Next button

7) - Select IMAP as the Incoming mail server
   - Type imap.netosoft.com in the Incoming mail server box
   - Type smtp.netosoft.com in the Outgoing mail server box
   - Click on the Next button

8) - Type your email address in the Account Name box
   - Type your password in the Password box
   - Select Remember password
   - Click on the Next button
   - Click the Finish button

9) - From the Tools menu, select Accounts
   - Click on the Mail Tab
   - Select imap.netosoft.com account 
   - click Properties button

10) - Click the Advanced Tab
    - Click on both checkboxes for This server requires a secure connection (SSL)
    - Use 587 in the "Server Port Numbers - Outgoing mail (SMTP)" text field
    - Use 993 in the "Server Port Numbers - Incoming mail (IMAP)" text field
    - Click Apply

11) - Click the Servers Tab
    - Check the "My server requires authentication" checkbox
    - Click Settings...

12) - Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
    - Click the OK button 
    - Click the OK button of the Properties window
    - Click the Close button of the Internet Accounts window

The first time you send or receive e-mail you will probably receive
the above dialog, click on the Yes button to use our certificate
